We are delighted to introduce our new association Kent Integrated Care Alliance which brings together Care Homes and Domiciliary Providers. We are looking to work in a more cohesive and integrated way with Kent Social Services and Health, in the forms of CCG’s and NHS Community Health Care Trust. We look forward to working with a fresh and integrated approach alongside our sector colleagues to strengthen and encourage service development that will meet the needs and expectations of the service users of the future.
