The ideal candidate will have experience within the Care Sector and have wide knowledge of all sector groups.Appointed to enhance the Alliance for the benefit of its members, the COO will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the delivery of the Executive Board's strategic business plan.The COO will act as the KICA main liaison officer with Kent County Council, strategic health partners, CQC, and other key partners within Kent and Medway. They will liaise and negotiate on behalf of the KICA membership and act as the main representative for the Board of Directors.Want to know more?
