This is your opportunity to get involved! Register your interest with Louise here and ensure you attend the KiCA Members’ Forum and AGM on the 23rd of January 2020 at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel in Maidstone.
We are really looking forward to your interest in this position, which will help drive forward the association in the New Year to build our collective voice in Kent.
The KiCA Members’ Forum and AGM will start at 9.30am with tea and coffee before a welcome speech from Ann Taylor, Chair and Adam Hutchison, Vice Chair, who will both discuss ‘what you can expect from KiCA in 2020?’
At 11am Pia Rathje-Burton from Skills for Care will discuss using data to effectively recruit, retain and develop staff, and Cara Cole from Complete Care Recruitment will speak immediately after about developing a sustainable workforce.
There will be a break for lunch after which members can expect an informative afternoon of talks from Laura Summers, Dementia Friendly Communities, and Sharon Buckingham, Head of Puchasing at KCC.
The session will close at 12.45pm, however Sharon will be running a clinic relating to late payments straight after whereby you can discuss your specific issues which Sharon will follow up for you.
