KiCA get behind promoting jobs in the social care sector by supporting a Jobs in Care campaign.
Launched in Kent by the Design and Learning Centre the recruitment campaign aims to reach out to those who are naturally qualified for a job in care – a great carer is all about your personal qualities, such as empathy, respect, patience and kindness.
If this sounds like the kind of person you are and you’d like to make a real difference to people’s lives take a look at the campaign Facebook Page and promotional video or contact KentRegisteredManager@kent.gov.uk for a chat about what a job in care involves and how you can apply.
Please note, some organisations use different job titles for Community Care Worker, which is a role where you go into people’s homes to provide care and support.
Job titles for a Community Care Worker include Care Worker, Community Carer, Community Support Worker, Homecare Worker and Support Worker, while more senior roles might be known as Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker.
